Up to 6% (of your property price) Rental Guarantee per year

We have now partnered with a rental tourist company to offer rental guarantee of up to 6% per year, for 3 years. After the first 3 year period, you will be able to extend the agreement for a further 3 year and so on.

Our rental guarantee system differs from many other companies as we do not tie the owner’s hands to minimal personal usage. Our system offers you ½% per month rental guarantee so that makes up to 6% per year, this gives you (the owner) as much flexibility that you may need with your own property. Basically if you decide that you wish to use the property for yourself or in fact rent it out to friends and family, then for each month you take for yourself, ½% will be deducted from the 6% per year. For example if you take 2 months for yourself, you will receive and 5% rental guarantee not 6%.

The rental guarantee also comes fully inclusive, which means that for the months that the property is with the rental company the water, gas and electricity will be paid by the rental company and not by the owner, this also includes contents insurance. The only thing that is not included is development maintenance fee.

The services that the rental company offer lodgers are:

•    Welcomed at the airport and transfer to accommodation.
•    Pre rental cleaning of the accommodation including sheets and towels etc.
•    A directory for restaurants, excursions and useful telephone number during their stay.  
•    Pre inspection of the apartment and signature of condition on arrival and reading of water, gas and electricity meters.
•    The day 3 or 4, housekeeping makes full cleaning, and if request by the Lodger will provide clean sheets and towels, this will be as extra charge service to the lodger.
•     For the Lodger who has a second week will receive housekeeping at day 7-8 and this will include a change of the towels and sheets, an additional mid week housekeeping is also done.
•    According to departure a final inspection of the apartment and its condition including reading  of water, gas and electricity meters and the lodger will settle any of the extra charges
•    Return transfer to the airport.

The above services are also available to you (the owner) or your own rentals within your own desired personal usage at any time at an extra charge.

Payments of your guaranteed rental will be automatically paid into your Egyptian bank account every 6 months along with a statement of account sent to you via email. The only restriction to the guaranteed rental system is that your furniture installed is of high standard to withstand the rental market.

The furniture packs that we offer have been design also for this market so you can chose your furniture form our packs if you wish, but we are not a company that insists you buy our furniture (the choice is yours)
