Management and Maintenance

The management and maintenance will be run by a European company so as to maintain the high level of standards expected of such an exclusive development. The fee will be on annual basis and is set at a fee of $250 per studio per year with the additional option of a heavily discounted membership to the fully equipped onsite Gymnasium and Health Spa at only $300 per year.


 

The services included in the management and maintenance fees are as follows:
