Project Management and Maintenance
The management and maintenance fee will be on annual basis and is guaranteed to be kept for a period of 5 years. After 5 years this amount will only be raised at the rate of inflation or an agreed amount will be set and guaranteed for the following 5 years.Facilities that will be covered by the management and maintenance charge are as follows:
